The Wallace Foundation, an independent, private charitable foundation established by the founders of Reader's Digest, whose mission is to enable institutions to expand learning and enrichment opportunities for all people. We do this by supporting and sharing effective ideas and practices.

To achieve our mission we have three objectives:

Strengthen education leadership to improve student achievement
Enhancing after school learning opportunities, and
Build appreciation and demand for the arts

Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include dental, medical and life insurance, a pension plan, 30 days paid time off after the first year of employment and generally 12 holidays per year.
