Role
The receptionist is responsible for the smooth and orderly operation of the main reception area. This position is a critical part of the operations unit and reports to the Office Services Manager.
Responsibilities
• Answer, screen and route all in-coming telephone calls.
• Greet and announce all visitors; maintain visitors list on Kastle security system.
• Maintain computerized Foundation-wide resource and conference room calendars; manage and control conference rooms.
• Assist with administrative and office services tasks as necessary.
Qualifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Previous receptionist experience preferred.
