Leaders must develop the skills needed to lead complex change processes effectively. These include ways to define the mission, goals, objectives and strategies; assess and improve participants’ readiness; plan “short-term wins”; engage stakeholders; analyze culture; use collaborative planning; and develop ways to bring initiatives to scale and sustain them.
