This initial report on Wallace’s Pathways to Teaching Careers program examines the work of 42 colleges and universities in providing scholarships and other support so that paraprofessionals, uncertified teachers, returning Peace Corps volunteers and others can return to school to pursue bachelor’s or master’s degrees, teaching certificates and other credentials that lead them to full-time teaching jobs.
