Wallace’s Making the Most of Out-of-School Time (MOST) initiative aimed to improve the out-of-school programs in three large cities and establish a functional, systems-based structure for providing these services. This report shares lessons learned in Boston, Chicago and Seattle, which can help guide other communities in bringing high-quality, affordable and accessible programs to underserved families.
