Sharon Clark joined the Foundation in September 2004 as Operations Officer and in December 2004 was named Director of Operations. She is responsible for human resources and organization development, information technology, office services. Sharon brings to the foundation her extensive leadership experience in all areas of human resources with Exxon Corporation and in operations management as a partner and Executive Vice President for a company that delivered dependent care consultation services as an employee benefit to businesses.

Sharon served for 10 years as president of the Youth Services Board in Summit, NJ, a city agency providing after-school programs to middle-school youth. She also was president of the board for a community child care organization.

Sharon is a member of the Board of Trustees of Rosemont College. She holds a B.A. in English from Rosemont College and an MBA from Pace University.
