Connecticut is establishing a state-wide policy to enhance the working conditions, skills and capacities of school leaders. This includes changing state policies that determine who can lead, the training needed, and the support needed for new leaders to succeed. This work places special emphasis on the leadership needs of the state’s urban districts.
