Ramona Providence joined Wallace in 2004 and since that time has provided administrative support to both the operations and arts departments at the foundation. Today she serves in Wallace’s research department. Her responsibilities include coordinating RFP (“request for proposals”) activities, such as distributing documents and arranging interviews with applicants; scheduling meetings, calls and other events; and contributing to the smooth operation of two major professional learning community meetings each year. Before arriving at Wallace, Providence served in a number of posts, including as an administrator at Société Générale, the French financial services company.
Providence holds a bachelor’s of science degree in technical management from DeVry College of New York. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in divinity at New York Theological Seminary.
