Research into Action: Pathways to New Opportunities

In 2008, the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance set out to double participation in the region’s cultural events by 2020. To help measure the progress of this initiative, the alliance created a “cultural engagement index” reflecting data from on-going surveys of people’s involvement in 57 cultural activities.
