Kelly Ungerman

 

​Kelly Ungerman joined The Wallace Foundation’s board of directors in February 2022.

Ungerman is a senior partner in the Dallas offices of McKinsey & Co., where she leads the firm’s Americas Consumer Digital and Customer Experience Practices. She supports a wide range of clients on their strategy, marketing and sales, and consumer multichannel efforts.

Since beginning her career at McKinsey in 1999, Ungerman has helped leading global companies drive enterprise transformations across a range of areas, including digital communications and analytics, e-commerce, sales and marketing, and customer experience. A regular keynote speaker on digital and analytics topics at industry conferences, Ungerman recently led efforts including multi-year digital and analytics transformations for retailers across North America, Europe and Asia.

Before joining McKinsey, Ungerman served at Accenture Strategic Services and Coca Cola in brand marketing. She sat on the Emerging Leaders Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for more than five years and currently serves on the Texas Women’s Foundation Economic Leadership Council.

Ungerman holds a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Dallas with her husband and twin children.​
