​​Leslie Anderson is a Managing Director at Policy Studies Associates (PSA) where she directs studies of national, state, and local education reform policies and programs, translating complex information into coherent, actionable reports. Ms. Anderson has carried out policy-relevant projects for more than 25 years, including several projects related to district educator effectiveness and human-capital management systems. For PSA’s evaluation of the Wallace Foundation’s Principal Pipeline Initiative, she led the analysis and reporting on districts’ leader tracking systems and on their systems for evaluating and supporting school principals. Ms. Anderson holds an M.P.P. from the University of Chicago.​
