Signe Conway joined The Wallace Foundation in 2022. She assists the chief investment officer in the management of the
foundation’s investment portfolio. Her responsibilities include the selection and monitoring of investment managers
across asset classes and assisting with asset allocation and portfolio positioning.
Conway came to Wallace from the Metropolitan Museum of Art, where she helped manage the museum’s $5 billion
endowment. She began her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch working in the leveraged finance group.
She graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College with a B.A. in classical languages and literature. Conway
subsequently earned an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. She is an avid watcher of crime procedurals and has seen
every episode of Law and Order.
