Effective principals are vital to creating and running high-quality schools, especially in low-income neighborhoods. But demand for good principals can often exceed supply.
The Principal Pipeline podcast series features in-depth conversations with school principals, district-level leaders, state leaders and university officials who’ve developed strong principal pipelines, so that others can listen and learn from their experiences.
New episodes are released every other Wednesday, and then we’ll catalogue the entire six-episode series here. Episodes are hosted by either Lucas Held, Director of Communications, or Ed Pauly, Director of Research, for the Wallace foundation.
