The third conversation in Reimagining the Future of the Arts begins with the question, How can nonprofit arts organizations plan for the future when there are so many unknowns?
The session highlights two recent studies Arts Organizations’ Early Response to COVID-19 Uncertainty: Insights from the Field and Navigating Uncertain Times: A Scenario Planning Toolkit for the Arts and Culture Sector, presented by AEA Consulting managing principal, Daniel Payne. The findings and toolkit are followed by a conversation with others working in various disciplines in different parts of the country (see below for complete list of panelists).
The conversation series brings together leading experts in the field to facilitate conversations around some of the most pressing issues facing the arts sector today. Each conversation is grounded in research commissioned or supported by Wallace, and the series will return with more conversations in the new year.
