In a growing number of U.S. cities, diverse partners are working together to increase access to high-quality afterschool. Listen as Wallace Foundation President Will Miller moderates a discussion with Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Dr. Jane Sundius of the Open Society Institute-Baltimore, highlighting the importance of afterschool systems for the well-being of children. The conversation opened a conference on afterschool system-building that drew teams from 57 cities to Baltimore in February, 2013.
